Loke the assemblyman for Kepayang and I were invited by Loong Thow Ngan Temple in my constituency in conjunction of its 154 year celebration.
My Tawas members also joined in the dinner.
At the diner I was told that the MCA leaders were also present and I accordingly went to their table and greeted them. Among the MCA leaders present were Minister of Housing and Local government Ong Kah Chuan, Tan Chee Meng former Exco Perak and Yik Pooi Hong my opponent in the last elections. Ong was the only official speaker of the day. He spoke in Chinese as the total attendances were 100% Chinese. He made a donation of 10k for the temple and his speech was translated to me by our members.
My members were up set with Ong’s speech as he made no mention or acknowledge our presence. May be he had overlooked our attendance!
Subsequently a devotee made a 30k donation to the temple. After this was announced Ong and MCA members left the function hurriedly.

Keep up your good work Kula! l waited and waited for changes to happen in Taman Musim Bunga,Tasek as promised by you through Mrs.Joy.Hope you still have the documents l sent you regarding traffic woes, illegial motor workshops operating behind residential houses, poor lighting etc.Do visit our area and end some of our nightmares.

So Ong Ka Chuan is back to his old self, arrogant and rude! After having been in political oblivon the past 5 years, he is once again behaving like a samseng. These old ‘wounded’ jackals are capable of the unimaginable, we’ll watch them.
