With this in mind, we want the MBI to build a wheel stopper in front of the St.Philomena Tamil School to create safety at every level to makes safety a personal priority for the students.” YB Kula Segaran.
A group of concern people met Datuk Bandar Ipoh to remind him on the importance of having wheel stopper at the St.Philomena School. Every year accidents due to over speed and carelessness cause dangerous for the students.
The concern group has brought the matter to the previous government and most of the time the answer will be “we will look into the matter”.
The Pakatan Rakyat appointed Datuk Bandar of Ipoh Tuan Hj.Roshidi, has agreed to build the wheel stopper together with other related works to provide better safety for the students.He also added that the construction works will be started after the tender process over which is all can be done within 6 months said Datuk Bandar.
